For a sweet Labor Day treat, great for a party or dessert tomorrow, try these cupcakes.
Corn on the Cob Cupcakes
1 can White frosting
1 cup White and yellow jelly beans (covers 3-4 cupcakes)
Bake cupcakes as directed on box and let cool.
Cover the cupcakes with the white frosting and allow them to sit for 15 minutes before decorating. Press rows of jelly beans onto three frosted cupcakes to make them look like corn kernels. Add a corn holder to each end of the three cupcake cob, and serve.
